Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 9 September 2026
1. Purpose
These terms and conditions govern the booking and provision of private chauffeur-driven passenger transport services (VTC) offered by Elite Chauffeur via the website elitechauffeur-france.com. Any booking implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.
2. Booking
Bookings are made online on the website. The customer provides the pickup location, destination, date, time and contact details. A confirmation email is sent once the booking is recorded. The booking is only firm upon receipt of this confirmation.
3. Pricing
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. The applicable fare is the one displayed at the time of booking, determined by the chosen service (zone flat rate, distance-based rate, or vehicle rate). Any additional service requested during the ride may incur a surcharge.
4. Payment
Payment is made, depending on the option chosen at the time of booking: (i) online, via a secure payment link sent by email; or (ii) directly with the driver, by bank card or in cash. Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included.
5. Service Performance
The driver arrives at the agreed place and time. The customer agrees to be punctual. A reasonable waiting time is granted; beyond that, a surcharge may apply. The number of passengers and luggage may not exceed the capacity of the booked vehicle.
6. Modification and Cancellation
Any modification or cancellation request must be made by email to elitechauffeur.resa@gmail.com. Cancellation terms depend on the notice given before the pickup time: more than 3 days (72h) before the ride, cancellation is free (full refund); between 24h and 3 days, 50% of the amount is retained; less than 24h before, no refund is made (the full amount is retained).
7. Liability
Elite Chauffeur uses all means to provide a quality service. It cannot be held liable for delays or non-performance due to force majeure (weather conditions, exceptional traffic, strikes, etc.).
8. Complaints
Any complaint must be sent by email to elitechauffeur.resa@gmail.com within a reasonable time following the service.
9. Personal Data
The processing of the customer's personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, accessible from the website footer.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the French courts. In accordance with regulations, the customer may use a consumer mediator.
